We have updated the Terms of Use for Fairdata IDA, Qvain, Etsin, and Metax Services. These updates do not change user obligations or how the services are used. The purpose is to strengthen user safeguards and increase transparency—without changing how Fairdata services operate.
What was updated?
The Terms of Use now include a concise description of how users will be informed if restrictions are applied to their content, how they can request a review of such decisions, and how the matter can, if needed, be referred for impartial external consideration. We also clarified the content‑moderation methods used within the services and specified the channels for reporting potentially illegal or Terms‑violating content. In addition, we ensured that the Terms of Use are presented clearly and remain continuously available.
