Purpose of the processing of personal data

Palveluun kirjautumisen osalta:

• Etsimen käyttöoikeuksien hallintaan
• Käyttäjätietojen luomiseen Etsimeen

Palveluun vietävien aineistojen metatietojen osalta:

• Tiedot ovat julkisia ja kaikille käyttäjille näkyviä.
• Käyttäjät voivat lisätä kolmansien henkilötietoja; toiminta on ohjeistettu Käyttöehdoissa.

Palvelun käytöstä lokiin kertyviä henkilötietoja käytetään:

• Teknisten ongelmien ja väärinkäytösten selvittämiseen
• Käyttökapasiteetin seurantaan

Regarding the metadata to be stored:

• Data is public and viewable to all users.
• Users can input third parties’ information; this process has guidelines in the Käyttöehdot (Terms of use) document.

Personal data in the log files of the server is used for:

• Working out technical problems and investigating abuse of the service
• Monitoring the load and capacity of the service

• sähköpostiosoite, nimi, puhelinnumero, käyttäjätunnus (eduPersonPrincipalName), organisaatio

Metadataluetteloon tallennetaan seuraavat tiedot kunkin metatiedon osalta:

• FOAF-yhteystietomäärittely, jossa ovat mukana vähintään nimi, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite ja kotisivu; muitakin yhteystietoja voi olla mukana metatiedon syöttäjän halutessa.
• Tekijän ja omistajan osalta tallennetaan nimi ja organisaatio.

The following information is stored for all metadata to be stored:

• FOAF contact information, at minimum name, phone number, email address and home page; also other information can be stored when metadata distributor wishes.
• Regarding the creator and owner of the data, name and organization are stored.

Henkilötiedoista palvelimelle syntyvä henkilörekisteri on suojattu rajoittamalla pääsy ylläpitotunnuksille.

In the service the personal data file is protected by access restrictions to administration accounts.

Regular transfer of personal data to third parties

• Henkilötietoja käsitellään palvelun ylläpitäjäorganisaation sisällä, henkilötietoja ei luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille.

Palveluun tallennettu metadata on kaikkien saatavilla, kuten kuvattu palvelukuvauksessa.

Right to access personal data on him/her
